Uhde High Pressure Technologies (Uhde HPT) GmbH is one of the leading companies providing equipment and engineering solutions for LDPE and EVA plants since 1955.
They are organizing this conference to have an open exchange of ideas, challenges and technical advances in the field of operating, maintaining and continuous improvement of high pressure LDPE and EVA plants.
The participants of this conference are User of LDPE plants (process, mechanical, operation, inspection, maintenance) on one side and supplier of key equipment and services on the other side.

The most recent experiences on cost saving through the pneumatic conveying process FLUIDLIFT ecoblue® of Coperion
For Coperion, the target of developing a new pneumatic conveying process was energy savings. The concept included injection of a small amount of water into the pneumatic conveying in order to humidify the conveying, and the water should act as a lubricant. In fact, this idea was not new to the market but the innovative step was to determine the operating window, how much water is needed for the lubrication effect. At the same time, a control algorithm was developed for injecting water but maintaining dry product at the end of the pneumatic conveying line.
