FLUIDLIFT ecoblue® - A quantum leap in pneumatic conveying
FLUIDLIFT ecoblue® is the quality and efficiency-enhancing pneumatic conveying process for plastic pellets. Compared to conventional designs, the process generates up to 90% less fines and streamers, it improves the quality of the product, it reduces waste, the power consumption is up to 30% lower and it increases the conveying rate by up to 20%. FLUIDLIFT ecoblue® effectively combats the main long-term problem of conventional pneumatic conveying systems which is wear and attrition - both as a retrofit or when building a new plant. With FLUIDLIFT ecoblue® operators do not need to worry about an increased formation of fines or streamers when the plant gets older. Typical measures like renewing shot-peening or replacing pipes are therefore not necessary anymore.
