Engineered for durability: minimal seal wear, K-seal technology, and symmetric rotor geometry.

Advanced Wear-Reduction Technology for Maximum Uptime

The WZK’s robustness is rooted in its low-rotation-angle mechanism, which reduces friction and keeps sealing wear to a minimum. Its symmetric turning component enables a 180° repositioning as soon as wear becomes visible, doubling operational service life with minimal intervention. The patented K-seal provides superior sealing reliability between the housing and rotor, while the precisely machined, symmetrical dual-conveyor-channel rotor in K-Execution ensures efficient switching and uninterrupted material handling performance.
