Advanced Wear Protection for Reliable Handling of Abrasive Materials

The WRK diverter valve excels in handling highly abrasive products thanks to its specially engineered geometry, which creates a protective product cushion during deflection. Constructive wear protection is integrated throughout the valve, including ceramic rings in the pipe nozzles to safeguard the gate valve outlets. The durable clapper features an elastomer seal and a minimal number of rotating parts in K-Execution, ensuring long-lasting performance, reduced maintenance, and reliable operation even in the most demanding conveying environments.
