The ZKD is an ideal discharging- and metering-valve for handling powders in various industries if transition to rectangular flanges above or below the valve is favored

Discharging and metering valve for powders

The ZKD rotary valve is built around a robust, solid housing with rectangular flange connections, giving it the strength and stability needed for demanding industrial applications. This durable design not only extends the valve’s service life but also makes installation and integration into existing systems straightforward. The ZKD also handles fibrous bulk materials with ease, providing reliable feeding performance even in challenging conditions. Equipped with a feeding shoe, it efficiently introduces bulk materials into pneumatic conveying systems at pressures up to 1.5 barg (21 psi). Suitable for industries such as plastics, chemicals, food, and minerals, the ZKD delivers dependable operation tailored to the needs of modern processing environments.
