Heated Housing for High-Temperature Operation

The ZXQ rotary valve can be equipped with an optional double-walled heated housing to ensure reliable performance in high-temperature processes. Heating is possible with steam, water, or circulating thermal oil, supporting product temperatures up to 220 °C. Its extensive heat transfer surface allows rapid and uniform pre-heating, reducing startup times and maintaining consistent material flow.
